1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using POSSible ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Software.

POSSible is proprietary commercial software developed and owned by MotoLogic Systems. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and MotoLogic Systems.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Tier License

The Free Tier grants you a full-featured, non-exclusive license to use POSSible with the following scope:

• Unlimited products
• Single user account
• Single store
• Local storage only (no cloud synchronization)
• Personal or commercial use permitted
• Supported with non-intrusive ads

2.2 Premium Tier License

Upon payment of applicable subscription fees, you receive:

• Unlimited products (same as Free Tier)
• Cloud synchronization and backup
• Multiple stores
• Multi-user collaboration with role-based permissions
• Access from multiple devices
• Priority support
• Ads-free experience

2.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Premium Pricing

International Pricing (USD):

• Premium Store: $19.99 USD per store per month (includes 3 users: 1 admin/owner + 2 staff)
• Additional Users: $3.99 USD per user per month
• Annual Plan: Pay for 10 months, receive 12 months of service (save 16.7%!)

Philippines Pricing (PHP):

• Premium Store: ₱1,250 per store per month (includes 3 users: 1 admin/owner + 2 staff)
• Additional Users: ₱250 per user per month
• Annual Plan: Pay for 10 months, receive 12 months of service (save 16.7%!)

Note: The Free Tier with ads serves as your trial experience. There is no separate trial period for Premium subscriptions.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

3.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• After cancellation, your account reverts to Free Tier (subject to Free Tier limitations)

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of POSSible is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.1 Data Ownership

• You retain all rights to your business data
• We do not claim ownership of your sales, inventory, or customer data
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data

4.2 Data Security

• Local data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Cloud data (Premium only) is stored on Firebase with industry-standard security
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use POSSible only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Recording fraudulent or illegal transactions
• Violating any local, national, or international laws
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code or harmful content
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Software

6. Intellectual Property

POSSible and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with MotoLogic Systems.

The POSSible name, logo, and tagline "Point-of-Sale Systems | Intelligent Business Link Engine - coz every sale is POSSible!" are trademarks of MotoLogic Systems.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MotoLogic Systems expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTOLOGIC SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MotoLogic Systems, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Software
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your business operations and transactions

10. Modifications to Service

MotoLogic Systems reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Software at any time
• Add or remove features
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update these Terms of Service (changes effective upon posting)

Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription through your app store
• Uninstalling the Software
• Contacting us at possible_help@outlook.com

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails or subscription lapses
• Your use poses security or legal risks
• Required by law or regulatory authority

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Premium features will be disabled
• Cloud data access will be removed (data retained for 90 days)
• Local data remains on your device
• No refunds for unused subscription time (except as required by law)

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MotoLogic Systems regarding the Software.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
